Day 14      20 Oct 2023

We thank GOD for the quiet night we had. So far today it has also been quiet. The windows are open and sunlight and fresh air is filling the house. Outside there is a nice breeze and the sun feels nice on the back.

We were asked by Moti, (an elderly gentleman who recently lost his wife and Hope For Sderot has been helping for some time), if we could help him.

He left Sderot shortly after the October 7 massacre. He, like many others who left, were not able to take their pets with them. Anyone who is a pet owner knows that their pets are an important part of their family. For Moti, his bird, which was his wife’s pet) is important to him and he asked if we could go to his house and if the bird was still alive would we take him and care for him until he can come home. We went and got it! He is chirping away today!

PLEASE KEEP THESE KIDNAPED CHILDREN IN YOUR PRAYERS. PRAY FOR THEIR SAFTY AND THEIR SOON RETURN TO THEIR PARENTS!!!

Shabbat is upon us, so the next update you will get will be after Shabbat.

SHABBAT SHALOM  TO YOU ALL!!!
