How can you mix water and oil together? You can’t. The oil will always come to the top and the water will always sink down. How can we as Jews and Gentiles come together as one? On our own we can’t. We will always have our differences; the water will go its way and the oil its way.
What is an emulsifier? A typical emulsifier is produced from oil and glycerol. A material which when added to a mixture of dissimilar materials, such as oil and water, will produce a stable, homogenous emulsion.
You may say “ so what does that have to do with anything?”

Well, because, we have differences in belief it sometimes causes us to clash, to separate. I will stay on my side of the line, and you stay on your side of the line. We need an emulsifier; and what is the emulsifier that can bring us together… G-D, the L-RD G-D of Avraham Yitz’chak and Ya’akov.

”Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker. For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Psalms 95:6,7

G-D promised He would bless the whole world through Avraham and through his seed Mashiach, The Prince of Peace would come; then all the wrongs of the world will be righted. Until He comes, we can get a head start on becoming one people. We can all love the L-RD our G-D with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. Why can’t we break bread together, today? Why do we have to wait for a day in the future?
If you add the emulsifier we don’t have to wait.
